Minutes of Officer's Meeting November 4, 2009

Review of last testing session: Four folks tested in October. Two more prospects have contacted us and the next testing will be scheduled for December. If members know of anyone interested, they should contact Deb Carruth. We will also plan for a February testing date, probably the 6th.
Planning: The December officer's meeting is cancelled. They will be held the first Wednesday of the month next year.
January event: Discussion of a special event and/or party for January ensued. We will explore the possibility of something at the Challenger center, probably for January 30.
Elections: Ballots are out in the Mentally and due December 15.
